Engage with customers to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and configure Zenoti product for successful implementation and increased client revenue.
Design and execute proof of concepts and pilots especially for high priority and large customers, ensuring risk identification and mitigation aligned with product capabilities.
Maintain documentation, adhere to SLAs, coordinate internally to meet customer needs, and provide timely resolution of issues, often working night shifts overlapping customer timezones.
Minimum Requirements
6-9 years experience in implementation and support of enterprise software products.
Willingness to work night shifts to overlap with customer timezones.
Strong communication skills for requirements gathering, solution documentation, demos, and customer presentations.
Travel flexibility for short notice visits to customer sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep technical expertise in product functionality and integrations, capable of simplifying complex requirements into viable configuration solutions.
Expertise in enterprise customer engagement with ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or strong interest in the wellness/spa industry is a plus, along with familiarity with tools like MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp and web design basics (HTML, JavaScript).
