Translate functional requirements into detailed user stories for the development team.
Create functional artifacts such as business process models, domain models, algorithms, activity and sequence diagrams, and UX mockups to support requirement definitions.
Act as liaison between Business and Development teams, participating in sprint reviews, functional validation, and resolving requirement conflicts.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of IT work experience, preferably in an industrial, process-driven, or laboratory environment.
5-8 years experience as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Writer in IT.
Proficiency in UML for domain modeling and activity diagrams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field, located in Bangalore, same time zone as development team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in decomposing complex functional requirements into granular user stories.
Skilled in creating functional design documents and user journey tools.
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders and facilitate cross-level discussions.
