Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets for frontline sales employees (FSEs) and other critical roles.
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring quality hiring, compliance, and effective manpower planning with relevant stakeholders.
Deliver and oversee training and onboarding readiness for FSEs/Sales Officers, and track recruitment effectiveness through key metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
3–6 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
Experience in bulk hiring, preferably for sales or frontline roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATS; strong analytical skills.

Experienced leader with a proven track record managing recruitment teams focused on sales/frontline hiring.
Data-driven approach with strong stakeholder management and performance monitoring capabilities.
