Minimum Requirements
12–15+ years in IAM, Security, or System Administration with hands-on identity engineering experience.
2+ years hands-on Okta administration including workflow design, API usage, application integrations (SAML, OIDC, SCIM), and lifecycle orchestration.
Mandatory certifications: Okta Professional Certified and Okta Admin Certified.
Location: Bangalore, India; experience supporting 24x7 global IAM service models.

Experienced leader with senior-level hands-on Okta expertise and ability to mentor L3 Okta engineers in complex global enterprises.
Proven track record managing security, compliance, risk remediation, and platform scalability for mission-critical IAM environments.
Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to influence IAM strategy and partner with multiple global regions and security stakeholders.
