Provide day-to-day support and enhancements for Workday HR technology modules including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time, Talent, and Payroll.
Serve as subject matter expert for HR technology improvements, managing prioritization, issue resolution, change management, and documentation.
Analyze, design, configure, implement solutions based on business requirements; also responsible for test script execution and training internal clients on new functionalities.
