Lead Software Engineer - Platform Test

Lead multiple software engineering project teams covering design, coding, testing, and integration for complex platform products and networking subsystems.

Own architecture and end-to-end delivery of platform software within Junos or Junos Evolved, defining hardware-software interfaces and integrating networking software components.

Partner with testing and support teams to set quality standards, drive root-cause analysis, fixes, and enhance platform reliability and customer experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

10-15 years of relevant software systems design and development experience.

Onsite work requirement at HPE office in India.

Experience with platform software architecture, Python or equivalent scripting for automation, and familiarity with high-speed optics and networking platforms.

Experienced leader capable of managing multiple software development teams and interfacing with internal and outsourced partners.

Deep technical expertise in networking platform software architecture and integration, with demonstrated problem-solving and system design skills.

Strategic operator working closely with cross-functional teams including test and support to deliver robust, high-quality software solutions.
