Own business requirements gathering and analysis from Pharma stakeholders to drive solutions for data and technology teams.
Produce detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows for Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial projects.
Collaborate across business, data, analytics, and technology teams; support data validation, testing, and dashboard/reporting requirements, and engage in client discussions and solution workshops.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial domain.
Strong knowledge of US Pharma Commercial processes including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, or Commercial Analytics.
Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Location: Chennai, Hyderabad or Pune with mandatory work from office requirement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working at the intersection of Pharma Commercial business and data/technology teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and facilitating client discussions and workshops for Pharma commercial projects.
Familiarity with Pharma commercial data analytics and tools like Veeva CRM and Power BI/Tableau is advantageous though not mandatory.
