Review detailed MIS and status reports from functions and projects, summarizing deviations and key highlights to inform COO.
Coordinate with Center Heads to compile and deliver timely, detailed MIS reports; prepare presentation materials and manage meeting agendas and minutes.
Minimum Requirements
MBA in Finance required.
4-6 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, costing, reporting and proficiency in Excel.
Experience liaising with senior internal leadership and external consultants/vendors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operations review, business communication, and handling multi-source complex information analysis.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leadership and coordinating multiple mall-related stakeholders.
Capable of producing detailed financial summaries, audit report analysis, and managing comprehensive meeting documentation.
