Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field from accredited university (full-time).
8+ years total experience with 6+ years specifically designing and delivering BI and analytics solutions to business stakeholders.
Expert-level skills in Tableau, SQL, Google Looker, Python, and BigQuery.
Experience with AI for BI use cases including natural language query, conversational analytics, AI-driven summarization, and related testing, validation, and monitoring practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building governed, scalable analytics products supporting self-service decision-making with strong data governance and dimensional modeling knowledge.
Able to translate business needs into technical requirements and influence without authority across business leaders, technical teams, and governance groups.
Has a consultant mindset comfortable leading workshops, pilot testing, continuous improvement, and driving adoption of advanced BI and AI-driven analytics solutions.
