Minimum Requirements
7+ years of Salesforce development experience with advanced Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow expertise.
Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce AI tools including Agentforce Agent Builder, Einstein GPT, and AI integration platforms like Claude, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI.
Experience in at least two Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Health, Revenue, or Data Cloud.
Knowledge in Healthcare or Hi-Tech domains including HIPAA compliance, FHIR R4 standards, or SaaS business and lead-to-cash processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically proficient developer with strong AI-augmented Salesforce design and implementation skills, routinely using AI tools to accelerate delivery.
Domain-fluent in Healthcare or Hi-Tech, able to independently translate complex business workflows into AI-powered Salesforce solutions without heavy BA dependence.
Experienced in enterprise integrations (EHR, SaaS platforms, ERP) and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high-quality, compliant, scalable Salesforce releases.
