Support network operations in a 24x7 environment by monitoring network, systems, and infrastructure to detect and respond to incidents with defined SLAs.
Assist in automating monitoring and operational workflows using scripting (Python/PowerShell) and support CI/CD pipeline infrastructure monitoring.
Maintain documentation including incident records, RCA documentation, SOPs, and generate periodic performance reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience; freshers with relevant certifications are considered.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & Switching, firewall and network security concepts.
Able to work hybrid in Pune (3 days onsite per week).
Demonstrates a foundational understanding of DevOps, automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), scripting, and CI/CD practices.
Has exposure to enterprise network devices and monitoring tools, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for initial fault isolation.
Capable of working in a 24x7 NOC shift environment and coordinating effectively with internal teams and vendors during incident management.
