Train and develop junior quality staff, administer the quality management system, and deputize for the Quality Manager as needed.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of quality assurance/control experience with minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, quality management, or related field.
Knowledge and experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), audits, quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, root cause analysis).
Work Mode: Hybrid based in Pune location.

Experienced in leading quality teams and managing internal and external audits.
Strong analytical skills with ability to drive continuous improvement using quality methodologies and digital tools.
Capable of client-facing roles as quality consultant and promoting quality culture and training within the organization.
