Senior Principal Analyst - Applied AI

Own end-to-end delivery of complex applied AI and advanced analytics projects including solution design, data assessment, model building, evaluation, documentation, and implementation support.

Make independent technical decisions on analytical methods, evaluation approaches, and solution complexity ensuring measurable business benefit and regulatory compliance.

Mentor junior analysts, contribute reusable methods and standards, collaborate with global teams, and support enterprise AI platform integration and responsible AI governance.

Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of experience in data management, IT, financial services, enterprise risk management, or related fields including leadership in AI/advanced analytics delivery.

Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL for developing and evaluating data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, or generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment.

Experience with designing, testing, and documenting AI/ML models with knowledge of statistical modeling, feature engineering, experimental design, and monitoring.

Work Experience Required: 13+ years in relevant disciplines with AI/analytics leadership; Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid work model).

Experienced senior technical practitioner capable of owning independent complex AI/ML deliverables with strong accountability for technical quality and operational readiness.

Comfortable working within regulated financial services environments, balancing advanced AI methods with practical, maintainable solutions.

Skilled in cross-continental collaboration, mentorship, and contributing to enterprise-grade AI delivery standards and governance frameworks.
