Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Proficiency in Java and Python for enterprise application development and maintenance.
Experience with React for building responsive front-end applications.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with ability to validate, document, and peer review outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building reusable engineering solutions and shared APIs across multiple products in enterprise environments with a focus on automation and delivery velocity.
Familiar with Agile SDLC practices, secure coding, CI/CD pipelines, and production support in cloud or hybrid cloud settings.
Demonstrates ability to responsibly leverage AI tools in software development with understanding of secure, compliant AI usage within engineering teams.
