Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend solutions with business requirements and ensure robust application performance.

8+ to 12 years of experience in software development.

Strong hands-on expertise in Golang including concurrency patterns and frameworks like Gin/Echo/Fiber.

Experience in designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Domain knowledge of on-demand/ride-hailing platforms (real-time matching, dispatch algorithms, surge pricing) is mandatory.

Experienced technical leader comfortable with system design and operational excellence in high-scale backend environments.

Deep backend engineering skills specifically in Golang with practical application of software design patterns.

Familiarity with real-time, geo-spatial, and payment systems in the ride-hailing domain for targeted impact and innovation.
