Lead Software Engineer - Java/Python, React

Design, build, and deliver reusable AI-first engineering components, automation, and cross-product accelerators for the AIS product line.

Lead adoption of AI-assisted software development practices across the engineering team, ensuring quality, security, and operational stability.

Drive standardization and reduction of duplicated work by creating reusable libraries and improving automation and observability across AIS products.

5+ years of formal software engineering experience with proficiency in Java and Python.

Experience with React for front-end development and practical cloud-native development experience.

Advanced understanding and hands-on experience in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, agile SDLC practices, and automation.

Demonstrated experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.

Experienced in cross-product engineering and creating reusable platform components in regulated financial services environments.

Strong ability to lead and coach engineers on AI-assisted tools adoption, secure coding, and compliance within agile delivery.

Hands-on knowledge of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and application of cloud portability and standardization.
