Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Advanced proficiency in Java or Python and experience in system design, application development, testing, deployment, automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
Experience with React for building responsive front-end applications.
Practical use of AI-assisted engineering tools with ability to set validation and quality control standards for AI outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud-native engineering, secure coding, observability, controls, and production support within complex enterprise environments.
Proven capability in defining and governing disciplined human-plus-AI workflows including review checkpoints, auditability, and escalation paths.
Familiarity with cross-product engineering, reusable platforms, AI agent-assisted workflows, and regulated financial services compliance is advantageous.
