D&T Manager – Software Engineering

Lead and develop a software engineering team supporting the Palantir software engineering portfolio and delivering scalable, high-quality digital solutions aligned to business goals.

Plan, prioritize, and oversee software development work across multiple teams to meet project commitments and resource needs.

Manage hiring, onboarding, talent growth, performance feedback, and external vendor relationships to build a high-performing engineering organization.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related discipline from an accredited university.

12+ years of experience in software development projects; 5+ years managing medium to large teams (15+ engineers).

Hands-on expertise with .NET technology stack (C#, ASP.NET Core), modern web frameworks (React or Angular), software development life cycle, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines.

Working knowledge of SQL and database programming; strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.

Experienced engineering leader capable of balancing strategic planning with strong execution and attention to detail.

Proficient in delivering scalable, high-quality software applications within medium to large engineering teams using modern development frameworks and tools.

Skilled in managing both internal team development and external vendor-supported delivery models in global or complex organizations.
