Bachelor's degree in any stream; preference for MBA/MS/PGDM in General Management, Marketing & Business Analytics, Innovation or Technology Management.

0-2 years work experience in Mobility, Electronics, Telecom, or Energy sectors.

Knowledge of innovation frameworks and ecosystems, market analysis, business models, and project management tools.

Proficiency in communication, storytelling, content creation, and collaboration across functions; basic exposure to AI tools for market analysis.

Early-career professional with cross-domain exposure in mobility or related technology sectors and understanding of innovation processes.

Strong coordination and project management skills to handle multi-stakeholder innovation programs and events.

Capable of combining market research and communication to effectively influence innovation strategy and maintain stakeholder engagement.
