Senior Product Designer

Own end-to-end design of a complex creation surface including information architecture, interaction details, and final polish.

Design for diverse user skill levels, from quick results to full control over the creation process.

Build and maintain the underlying design system covering components, states, and edge cases, while collaborating closely with engineering on feasibility and product direction.

3–5 years of product design experience, specifically on creation or authoring tools such as design editors, no-code builders, CMS, IDEs, or creative software.

Proven ability to handle complex interaction design problems involving hierarchies, multi-state objects, and progressive disclosure.

Prototyping skills with ability to create high-fidelity, logic-driven prototypes or coded prototypes.

Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant product design roles.

Experienced in designing tools where users create complex outputs and spend significant time, such as editors or authoring environments.

Comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-moving AI-native product environment with direct influence on product outcomes.

Strong reasoning skills with focus on articulating and defending design decisions rather than only visual polish.
