Lead and develop a Business Intelligence team focused on complex business analysis, data analytics, and automation within the service strategy, including tracking fleet performance and forecasting models.
Drive the creation and automation of reports, dashboards, and KPIs supporting senior-level reporting and strategic planning, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Data Engineering, and business teams to solve data problems and support quarterly business reviews and strategic initiatives.
7–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, operational analytics, or data analytics.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of analysts and developers.
Proficiency with data warehousing technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, SQL, NoSQL), strong SQL and Python skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer/Data Science or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
Experience leading Business Intelligence initiatives in service or industrial contexts, especially involving operational metrics and fleet performance.
Capable of managing competing analytics priorities and establishing best practices in dashboard design and data governance.
Comfortable working with advanced analytics, forecasting, and automation tools supporting strategic business decisions.
