Manage the complete Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process for international customers ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery.
Serve as primary contact for customers on order status, proactively communicate progress and delays, and coordinate with Sales and internal teams.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Factories, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and others to monitor and prioritize order execution and resolve issues.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations.
Basic understanding of international business processes and export order handling.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience working in international order management with knowledge of Incoterms, VAT, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Strong coordination skills demonstrated by managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments by prioritizing work, independently solving order-related issues, and escalating critical problems appropriately.
