Lead design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions in Greenfield S/4HANA projects focusing on General Ledger, Asset Accounting, AR/AP, Cost and Profit Center Accounting.
Provide end-to-end SAP FICO support including troubleshooting, configuration changes, and integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Collaborate with clients and global SAP teams to validate technical designs and conduct workshops/training for end-users.
Minimum Requirements
8-14 years of SAP FI/CO experience including 2-4 full cycle Greenfield implementations and support projects.
Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules with integration experience in MM, HR, PP, PM and migration from Classic to New GL.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, CA, ICWA or MBA Finance.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment and proficiency in Incident and Change Management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex SAP FICO implementations with hands-on configuration and functional expertise in financial processes within large organizations.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and communication, capable of serving as key contact for SAP FICO queries and escalations.
Familiarity with third-party system integrations (e.g. Kyriba, Coupa) and transformation projects, indicating ability to manage end-to-end financial system landscapes.
