Perform routine clerical and operations support tasks including receiving, logging, batching, and distributing work in payments and banking operations.
Investigate and analyze payment inquiries related to SWIFT, CHIPS, FedWire, and other message types to identify and resolve payment errors, duplicates, or sanctions issues.
Follow established procedures under close supervision, escalating complex issues to senior team members as per guidelines.
6+ months of operations support experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to perform shift work including night shifts and public holidays if applicable.
Knowledge or experience with banking operations, especially payments/settlements/fund transfers, or related domains such as Trade & Securities or Custody.
Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business, but fresh graduates with 0-2 years experience in banking operations considered.
Familiarity with SWIFT message types, including ISO 20022, and knowledge of banking payment systems (FedWire, CHIPS).
Detail-oriented with good investigative and problem-solving skills, capable of managing high-volume work under short SLAs.
Comfortable working under close supervision in a fast-paced, changing environment, with ability to prioritize and escalate issues appropriately.
