Own and manage all accounting and reporting activities for JLL Securities LLC's general ledger and stand-alone financial reports.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries, financial statement reconciliations, and SEC/FINRA filings ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and FINRA standards.
Lead the annual audit and SOX compliance processes and collaborate with compliance officers and stakeholders to maintain accurate financials and regulatory reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a plus.
7-10 years of accounting experience required, real estate industry experience preferred.
Experience with SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and strong knowledge of US GAAP mandatory.
Location requirement: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Experienced in managing financial controllership functions within broker-dealer or capital markets environments, particularly with SEC and FINRA regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead audit processes and improve accounting controls with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
Comfortable working closely with compliance officers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, process-driven commercial real estate context.
