Lead cash application processing operations across Americas and APAC, including cash posting, lockbox review, remittance matching, unapplied cash clearance, and short-pay identification.

Experience leading daily workflow, training teams, monitoring SLAs, and process quality improvement in a global delivery or shared-services environment.
Authorized to work full-time in India without current or future visa sponsorship; no travel expected.
Experienced leader in AR cash application within shared services supporting multiple regions (Americas and APAC).
Strong operational focus on process standardization, SLA adherence, quality control, and cross-functional coordination with collections and billing teams.
Comfortable working with AI and automation tools to identify exceptions and improve cash posting efficiency.
