Manage and deliver GRC projects related to regulatory standards including HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, FedRAMP, ISO 27000 series, and SOC audits.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across security, engineering, legal, compliance, privacy, and audit to ensure timely project and initiative completion.
Create and maintain compliance documentation, manage enterprise GRC tools, track project plans, and prepare reports for senior leadership and governance committees.
Bachelor’s degree with PMP certification or advanced academic degree in Project Management mandatory.
4–6 years experience in GRC, IT compliance, risk management, or security project/program management in an enterprise setting.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, FedRAMP, ISO 27000 series and SOC audits.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps.
Experienced in navigating complex organizational structures with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Comfortable working within cloud-based enterprise environments (AWS, Azure) and integrating security/privacy in software/system SDLC.
Familiar with audit processes, privacy program operations (DPIAs), and capable of interpreting regulatory requirements into technical and operational controls.
