Learning & Organizational Development Manager

Manage global learning programs focusing on technical, management, winning work, and leadership skills targeting faster employee growth and common frameworks.

Design, develop, assess, and improve learning materials and deliver training and facilitation across multiple modalities globally.

Oversee learning management system content, data, and logistics, particularly supporting growth in the Asia-Pacific region.

Master's degree preferred (minimum degree in education or related field required).

8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development including instructional design, training delivery, program management, and influencing senior leaders.

Proven experience collaborating across India and internationally within complex global/professional services organizations.

Strong project, stakeholder, and change management skills; proficient in data management and Microsoft productivity tools.

Experienced in managing global learning initiatives that align with business needs and support cross-cultural teams.

Capable of balancing strategic vision with operational execution in matrixed, professional services environments.

Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and facilitating real-time collaboration across global time zones.
