Business Transformation Specialist, AS

Lead all platform services squads responsible for enhancements and production fixes across various applications including Finacle, Document management, IVR, Robotics, and Debit card management.

Guide product owners on requirement review and analysis to ensure delivery quality and timeliness.

Design business solutions for complex transformational programs and manage change lifecycle artifacts to ensure adoption with minimal business disruption.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or consulting within financial services.

Basic knowledge of business analysis tools and understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) are a plus.

Business-fluent English required; business-fluent German is a plus.

Experience managing (sub-)projects in a fast-paced financial services environment, demonstrating ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.

Capable of connecting business divisions with solution providers across project management and software engineering domains.

Familiarity with transformational program environments and end-to-end change management strategies.
