Monitor and evaluate quality of complex health programs related to Connecticut HUSKY Health Medicaid behavioral health services and major initiatives such as Rural Health Transformation, 1115 Substance Use Waiver, and CCBHC.
Develop, maintain, and report on Quality Management Project Plan, Performance Targets, and contractual obligations, including creation and maintenance of databases and dashboards to track and support business and provider performance.
Analyze and summarize healthcare program data to identify performance deviations, support quality improvement, and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders including internal teams, state partners, and providers.
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
4-6 years of related experience in health services data analysis or related field.
Must reside in the state of Connecticut; hybrid work requires 1-2 days per week onsite presence.
Experience required with Medicaid claims data, preferably behavioral health claims; proficiency using SAS and Tableau is mandatory.
Experienced in quality assurance and data analytics focused on health care quality and population health outcomes, using statistical software and data visualization tools.
Familiar with Connecticut behavioral health system and Medicaid quality measures including integrated care programs.
Capable of developing interactive dashboards, presenting findings, and training stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
