Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong costing and analytical skills, working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP; English fluency preferred; able to travel up to 30% globally.
Experience managing high-spend, complex technical categories in a global, multi-plant manufacturing environment.
Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership across regions and internal/external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker capable of driving cross-functional alignment and leading category teams to deliver measurable cost and quality improvements.
