About This Role

Design, develop, and deploy backend APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and compliance-related features with end-to-end ownership.

Build scalable, production-ready REST APIs and microservices integrating with compliance vendors and third-party identity APIs.

Ensure reliability, performance, monitoring, and cost efficiency of production systems supporting fintech compliance workflows such as KYB/AML case management.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong programming skills in Python, Go, NodeJS, Java, or similar backend languages.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in building fintech or compliance domain systems or related backend products involving fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, or AML workflows.

Comfortable owning features end-to-end from requirements to deployment and monitoring including debugging production issues.

Pragmatic backend engineer skilled in clean, maintainable, tested code with good communication to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
