About This Role

Design, develop, and ship production backend features including REST APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and case management tools specific to compliance workflows.

Own feature development end-to-end from requirements gathering through deployment, monitoring, and performance improvement.

Integrate third-party identity and compliance APIs while ensuring system reliability, cost efficiency, and maintainability.

Minimum Requirements

2-4 years of professional software engineering experience.

Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.

Experience building REST APIs, microservices, or distributed systems and familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern deployment practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in designing scalable backend solutions with strong ownership across the full software lifecycle in fintech or compliance-related domains.

Comfortable working with integrations to third-party compliance and identity APIs and developing data pipelines.

Demonstrates strong debugging skills and ability to optimize system reliability, performance, and cost in production environments.
