About This Role
- Deploy, maintain, and support o9 Digital Brain SaaS environments on AWS, Azure, GCP, and Samsung Cloud with focus on CI/CD tools and infrastructure management.
- Lead upgrades, provisioning, migrations, vulnerability fixes, and security patching primarily on weekends, supporting global teams in night shifts.
- Monitor system health, optimize performance, automate platform infrastructure, and provide on-call support on a rotation basis.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in a DevOps role involving application deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and CI/CD tooling.
- 6+ years of experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Management.
- Certified in Cloud and Kubernetes administration; mandatory skills: Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux and Windows OS, and scripting languages (Bash, Shell, PowerShell, or Python). First 3 months require hybrid work from Bangalore office with regular shifts; thereafter, night shifts (6PM-2AM or 2AM-11AM) remote work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating system concepts and strong Linux troubleshooting skills with secondary skills in automation and cloud technologies.
- Able to work independently in night shifts with flexibility to coordinate across global teams and time zones.
- Proven ability to manage SaaS infrastructure deployments on multiple cloud platforms, handling upgrades and performance tuning with strong problem-solving capability.
