Minimum Requirements
Qualification in CA, CFA, MBA, or higher in Finance and Accounting.
4-6 years of professional experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access), data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI, and strong analytical and control focus.
Work Location: Bangalore; Employment Type: Permanent; Work Type: Office Working.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced financial professional with deep knowledge of investment banking products and accounting standards (including IFRS 9).
Strong leadership skills with proven people management and team development experience.
