Lead I - SFDC Business Analyst Agentforce

Drive Salesforce transformation initiatives focusing on Agentforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders globally to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and perform gap and business process analysis.

Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, support Agile project activities, and drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.

6-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with at least 6 months hands-on Agentforce implementation experience on an end-to-end project.

Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, and Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.

Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Employment locations: Chennai, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon, or Pune.

Experienced in working across multiple business units and geographies managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce with ability to act as Subject Matter Expert and drive business process improvements.

Hands-on experience collaborating with architects, developers, and training teams in Agile project delivery environments.
