Own delivery of operational dashboards, reports, and KPIs for Tech Ops leadership and teams to improve flight completion, on-time performance, productivity, and cost.
Design, validate, and automate reports and data sources to ensure accurate and timely operational information, acting as the single source of truth for Tech Ops data.
Collaborate continuously with Tech Ops business groups to identify needs and implement data-driven solutions enhancing operational decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics/reporting.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark or similar for complex querying and data manipulation; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ggplot2.
Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship; fluent in English (written and spoken).
Experienced in designing and automating business intelligence dashboards in operational or technical environments, preferably aviation or similar industries.
Strong understanding of data structures and ability to translate business processes into quantifiable outcomes using data solutions.
Prior exposure to airline operations or application of advanced analytics including GenAI/LLM solutions for knowledge retrieval and semantic search is advantageous.
