SAP BTP _Lead Technical Consultant

Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery of software solutions.

Serve as technical lead and mentor, supporting continuous improvement of services and working closely with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional and technical requirements.

Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and ensure alignment with AI capabilities and ethical considerations.

3-5 years of application development experience with expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, React, CI/CD, Cloud, SQL, and familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms.

Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in technical leadership roles including client-facing or consulting exposure preferred.

Experience with agile software development methodologies and strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Experienced leader capable of managing technical design, mentorship, and team collaboration across various experience levels.

Strong coder with problem-solving skills and ability to innovate within fast-paced, client-focused environments.

Effective communicator able to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences including senior decision-makers.
