Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7+ years experience supporting enterprise Cisco voice platforms with proven experience in large-scale Cisco VoIP migrations and deployments.
Technical expertise in Cisco CUCM, Unity, CUBE, Emergency Responder, bulk provisioning tools, RTMT, and voicemail/dial plan configuration.
Preferred Cisco certification such as CCNP Collaboration or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years supporting Cisco voice platform deployments.
