Python Fullstack _Lead Technical Consultant

Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery for software applications.

Serve as technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and leading continual service improvement.

Interpret wireframes and designs into functional and technical requirements, collaborating with architects and developers.

3-5 years of application development experience, preferably with client-facing or consulting exposure.

Proficient in Python Fullstack technologies including Python, Django, FastAPI, React, CI/CD, Cloud, SQL, and large language models (LLM).

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.

Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design; experience with Agile methodologies.

Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in a software development lifecycle environment.

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools effectively to enhance productivity and support data-informed decision-making.

Skilled at communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior decision makers.
