Python Full Stack _ Lead Technical Consultant

Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, managing projects, architecting and delivering software solutions for clients.

Serve as technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and driving continual service improvement.

Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional and technical specifications.

3-5 years of application development experience, preferably with client-facing or consulting exposure.

Proficient with Python Full Stack technologies including Python, Django, Fast API, React, SQL; experience with LLM and AI-enhanced platforms is advantageous.

Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or a comparable major.

Strong foundation in computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, and software design; experience with agile development methodologies.

Experienced technical lead comfortable managing full software development lifecycle and mentoring team members across experience levels.

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools productively and navigate AI capabilities and ethical considerations.

Strong communicator able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior decision makers.
