Lead design, development, and evolution of scalable, resilient Order Management System (OMS) capabilities including order orchestration, inventory, fulfilment, returns, and post-purchase experiences.
Own technical architecture, engineering standards, and technology decisions for OMS platforms and their integrations with Commerce, ERP, WMS, Payments, Logistics, and Customer Service systems.
