Own technical architecture, engineering standards, and key technology decisions for OMS platforms and integrations ensuring scalability, reliability, and resilience.
Mentor engineers, drive engineering best practices, and promote AI-assisted engineering to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years hands-on experience designing and building Order Management capabilities using Java/Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks.
3+ years experience leading a technical team or capability.
Experience with enterprise OMS platforms like Fluent Commerce (preferred), IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan Associates, Kibo Commerce, or Salesforce OMS.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domain and 3+ years leadership experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle and omnichannel commerce operations such as BOPIS, Ship-from-Store, and Endless Aisle.
Experienced in designing OMS-centric microservice architectures, event-driven systems (Kafka or similar), and integrating OMS with Commerce, ERP, WMS, Payment, and Logistics.
Skilled in driving technical architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and implementing high-scale, resilient commerce platform solutions aligned with strategic business needs.
