Minimum Requirements
5+ years of HR service delivery experience managing multi-country or regional HR operations.
Proficiency in global HR rules and regulatory compliance for multi-jurisdictional service delivery.
Experience building and scaling HR teams and operational infrastructure (SOPs, knowledge bases).
English language proficiency; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
