Manager / Senior Manager – Product Management

Own and drive end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and performance for a specific portfolio of education programs within India APAC business.

Lead product development including pricing, positioning, value proposition, and coordinate launch execution with cross-functional teams.

Be accountable for portfolio revenue and contribution margin, mentor Associates, and represent product perspective in university engagements relevant to the portfolio.

4–5 years experience for Manager level; 6–7 years for Senior Manager in business or product management with ownership of product/portfolio outcomes.

Proficiency in using data and market insights for decision making and performance measurement.

Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and University partners.

Work Experience Required: 4–7 years in relevant product/business management roles.

Experienced in balancing learner outcomes with commercial targets in education or similar sectors.

Demonstrates analytical rigor and data-driven decision making to optimize portfolio performance.

Has early people leadership skills with mentoring experience, especially at Senior Manager level, and proven cross-functional stakeholder management.
