Minimum Requirements
16-23 years of work experience in car finance.
Graduate or MBA qualification mandatory.
Candidates must have a detailed knowledge of vehicle loan/refinance industry with credit understanding.
Must be from NBFC or Banking sector; extensive travel within the zone required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing multi-level sales teams in car finance.
Strong network and relationship with vehicle dealers and resellers in Western India.
Tech savvy candidate comfortable with frequent travel and driving business growth through team motivation and training.
