Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP SD solutions aligned with global ERP strategy, mentoring junior analysts and contributing to ERP Community of Practice.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
8+ years of Business Analysis/ERP consultancy experience with 3+ years in life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
4+ years hands-on SAP SD and associated modules experience; minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations with at least 1 in lead role.
Experience required in SAP SD core configuration, integration interfaces, and adherence to pharmaceutical IT standards (quality, compliance, CSV).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex SAP SD projects within life sciences/pharmaceutical industry environments.
Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management in global ERP implementations and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Capable of translating ambiguous business needs into strategic ERP solutions, mentoring junior staff, and driving ERP best practices community engagement.
