Senior Manager - Research and Strategy

Lead strategy support for enterprise growth, market expansion, and partnership development within credit, data, analytics, and fintech sectors.

Conduct in-depth market and competitive research, develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, and support go-to-market strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally and prepare executive-level communications to drive strategic initiatives and measurable business outcomes.

MBA from Tier-1 institutions.

5–6 years experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business consulting, fintech, banking, NBFC, or credit bureau ecosystem.

Strong skills in research, analytical thinking, business frameworks, and executive communication.

Work Experience Required: 5–6 years in relevant domains as above.

Demonstrates consulting-quality structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.

Experienced in growth strategy, partnerships, GTM, or transformation initiatives within financial services or fintech.

Able to independently manage multiple strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with senior leadership and CXOs.
