Excellent record-keeping skills with ability to maintain clear, unambiguous logs.

Ability to strictly follow detailed SOPs and highlight deviations.

Good written communication skills in English for coordination and documentation.

Highly methodical with a process-first approach, focusing on error prevention via checklists and version control.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on catching discrepancies proactively before campaign dispatch.

Collaborative and communicative, comfortable engaging stakeholders early to clarify briefs and resolve issues.
