Test and validate IP networking-related software products against defined requirements to ensure quality and functionality.
Design and execute automated and manual test plans, including building network configurations to model optimized network reference designs.
Collaborate with developers and product management teams by providing feedback, reporting issues, and using network troubleshooting tools to resolve problems effectively.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in networking product validation or deployment.
Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies and familiarity with Data Center protocols such as VXLAN and MP-BGP.
Experience with at least one Networking OS (JunOS, NXOS, IOS, EOS, or SONiC) and proficiency in Python programming, Linux systems, and network troubleshooting tools.
Work Location: Onsite work expected primarily from an HPE office in India.
Experienced in testing and validating complex data center networking software with strong technical ownership of product quality.
Familiar with designing network configurations for Clos-based Data Center network architectures (3-stage and 5-stage).
Able to independently troubleshoot networking issues using detailed logs, packet captures, and monitoring devices while collaborating across functions to deliver results.
